Customer Facilities

Should you prefer to stay at Melbourne City Volvo whilst your car is being serviced, a customer lounge is available for your convenience. Facilities include access to telephone, facsimile, power terminal, television, tea and coffee.

Shuttle Service

We operate a free shuttle service to the City and St Kilda Road.

Vehicle Pick-Up Service

Collection of your vehicle is available by prior arrangement. This service is FREE if collection is within Metropolitan Melbourne.

Replacement Loan Vehicle

Replacement vehicles are available to customers that have purchased a new or used vehicle from us. Please allow two weeks notice. There is a charge for fuel usage.
