Three Engine Choices
You can choose between two turbocharged engines both petrol and diesel, or the all new 4.4 litre V8 engine.

XC90 3.2L Petrol
The efficient 175KW 3.2 litre turbocharged petrol engine provides a beautifully balanced and alert driving experience for both city traffic and the open road.

XC90 Diesel
The new-generation lightweight, all-aluminium turbo diesel provides exceptional economy and excellent pulling power for towing.  It is quiet, frugal and a leap forward in diesel technology.

XC90 V8 Petrol
Also new and specially designed for the XC90 is the sporty 4.4 litre V8 engine, producing a massive 440NM at 3900rpm. Acceleration from standstill to 100km/h takes 7.3 seconds with a top speed of 210km/h.
